A level 30 Holy Shock Aura from two Dream Runewords will quickly deal with all minor enemies around you, which can be further increased by Gear with bonuses to All Skills. You can deal with all immunities thanks to dealing extremely high damage from several sources, and as a Paladin, as always you are going to be playing a very tanky character. This build is quite expensive, as you need a bunch of end-game Runewords to have it running (including Last Wish which is one of the most expensive ones in the game), but it simply allows you to effortlessly farm all the content in the game.
